You can do full C++ in CodeWarrior for Palm. If you want, you can use the
POL (Palm Object Library). AFAIK, there is not a -good- port of the
Standard Template Library for the Palm.

This begs the next question: is there an advantage to using C++ in
CodeWarrior (as opposed to C)?

C++ compilers are stricter than their C counterparts. I would call
that an advantage, but it's of course a matter of taste.
